All of our products are made to order.

This means each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

  • Production time: typically 2–5 business days

  • Production times may vary during peak periods or due to high order volumes

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

 

 

Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.


Estimated delivery times (after production):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days (depending on destination and customs)

 

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

  • Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control

 

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination

  • product type

  • order size

 

All shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

 

 

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

 

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • customs clearance

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • weather conditions or events outside our control

 

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

If your tracking shows an issue or a package appears lost, please contact us at

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.
