Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

 

 

1. Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are made to order. This means that each item is produced specifically for you once your order has been placed.

Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • incorrect size selection

  • color preference

  • change of mind

  • personal preference

  • incorrect address entered at checkout

 

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, size charts, and order details carefully before completing a purchase.

 

 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will offer a replacement or refund only if:

  • the item arrives damaged

  • the item is defective

  • you receive the wrong item

 

If you experience any of these issues, you must contact us at

Your message must include:

  • your order number

  • a clear description of the issue

  • clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

 

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Once reviewed and approved, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

In most cases, returns are not required, and you will not be asked to send the item back.

 

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • custom or personalized products

  • made-to-order items

  • items ordered in the wrong size

  • sale items

  • gift cards

 

 

4. European Union Customers (Right of Withdrawal)

If your order is shipped to a member state of the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without providing a reason.

However, pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are:

  • made to the consumer’s specifications, or

  • clearly personalized, or

  • produced on demand

 

As all of our products are made to order, this exception may apply to your purchase where legally permitted.

If you believe you are entitled to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable EU law, please contact us at

support@alpha-moms.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Returned items must be:

  • unused

  • unworn

  • in their original condition

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us.

 

 

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.

 

 

6. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where a customer has violated this policy. Fraudulent claims, abuse of return policies, or false damage reports may result in denial of refunds and possible restriction from future purchases.
